Redhill Services collaborated with a Norwich-based interior designer and a specialist cabinet maker to deliver a high-end electrical and lighting installation as part of a top-floor refurbishment in Coltishall. The project covered two bedrooms and two bathrooms within a three-storey property, focusing on detail-led design and integrated functionality.

- Coordinating electrical work with bespoke joinery and interior design.

Our Solution
- Niche & Feature Lighting: We installed niche lighting throughout the bathrooms and bedrooms to enhance architectural details and create a warm ambience.
- Bespoke Bathroom Cabinetry: Working with the cabinet maker, we integrated power for a toothbrush charger and installed an illuminated mirror for a clean, modern finish.
- Custom Bedside Units: We fitted bespoke bedside cabinets with integrated lighting and installed hanging pendant lights on either side of the bed for both task and feature lighting.
- Seamless Integration: All electrical elements were carefully coordinated with the design team to ensure a cohesive, high-end result.
Outcome
The completed refurbishment delivers a refined, design-led space with layered lighting and built-in functionality. The integration of lighting within bespoke joinery elevates both usability and aesthetics, while maintaining a clean and uncluttered finish throughout the bedrooms and bathrooms.
